碳含量对Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni合金形状记忆效应的影响 被引量:3

Influence of Carbon Content on the Shape Memory Effect of Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni Alloys

摘要 研究了联合量对Fe-14Mn-5Si-8Cr-4Ni合金形状记忆效应(SME)的影响。结果表明,当碳含量小于0.12%时,随着碳含量的增加,SME得到改善。大于0.12%时,则相反。随着变形量的增加合金的SME都变差,尤其以不含碳的合金更为明显。 The influence of carbon content on the SME Df Fe-14Mn-5Si- 8Cr-4Ni alloys has been studied.The results show that SME improves with increase of carbon content when carbon content is less than 0.12%,it is opposite when bigger than 0.12%.SME of the alloys,especially of the alloy without carbon,deteriorates when pre-strain increases.
