摘要
选择20CrMnTi为实验材料,采用石墨砂型铸造方法获得表面耐磨复合材料,并用于生产混凝土搅拌机衬板及叶片。检查了复合材料复合深度、金相组织及性能,并进行了装机试验。
The paper introduces a method to obtain surface wear-resistant composite material based on 20CrMnTi steel by means of graphite mould casting. This kind of material can be applied to cement mixer. Authors have examined the depth of composite material,microstructure of surface andits properties,and the results of practical operation are also given.
