摘要
目的:采用不同空间频率记录原发性开角型青光眼的图像视觉诱发电位(PVEP),图像视网膜电图(PERG)与视网膜—皮质时间(RCT),以发现其敏感的检测指标。方法:用6种空间频率检测11例(17只眼)可疑青光眼,21例(36只眼)原发性开角型青光眼和30例(60只眼)正常组的PVEP,PERG与RCT,然后对其结果进行分析。结果:青光眼组在低空间频率时(0.8 cpd),与正常组相比,PERG的b波振幅明显下降,潜伏期延长,振幅的异常率高于潜伏期的异常率。RCT异常率也在低空间频率最高。PVEP在早期青光眼中改变不明显,但可随防青光眼的病情变化。结论:只要采用适当的刺激条件,就可以用电生理检测出早期原发性开角型青光眼。
Objective: Different spatial frequencies were used to record the PVEP, PERG (simultaneously) and RCT on patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) to find the sensitive testing criterion. Methods: PVEP, PERG and RCT were tested by 6 spatial frequencies on 11 cases (17 eyes) with suspect glaucoma, 21 cases (36 eyes) with primary open-angle glaucoma, and 30 cases (60 eyes) of normal controls. The result was analyzed. Results: When the spatial frequency is lower (0.8 cpd), the amplitude of b wave of PERG decreased distinctively, and the latency prolonged in glaucoma group, and the abnormal rate of RCT is higher when compared with the normal controls. The abnormal rate of b wave amplitude is higher than the b wave latency. PVEP is almost normal in suspect glaucoma group and abnormal in glaucoma group when compared with the normal group. Conclusion: Early POAG can be diagnosed by electrophysiological method if proper testing condition is used.
