摘要 实验性自身免疫性脑脊髓炎(EAE)是一种免疫细胞介导的以中枢神经系统白质损坏为特征的自身免疫性疾病。发病机制及病情变化过程中,CD4+T细胞起着重要的作用,以分泌INF-γ和IL-2为主的Th1细胞能够促使EAE的发生或病情的加重,以分泌IL-4和IL-10为主的Th2细胞可以抑制或逆转EAE的病情。就近几年对Th1/Th2细胞与EAE关系的研究进行综述。 Experimental allergic encephalomyelitis(EAE) is an immune disease, whose character is the damage of white matter of nervous system mediated by imminocyte. CD4^+ T cells play an important role in the pathogenesy and changes in the pathogenetic course of this disease in which Thl producing IL-2 and IFN-γ,ean result in the genensis of this disease and make the disease worse. Th2 producing IL-4. IL-5 and IL-10, can suppresse or make the disease better. This article reviews the research on the relationship between Th1/Th2 cells and EAE in recent years.
