摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病最严重的并发症之一。视网膜微循环内微血管病变伴血栓形成及新生血管形成在DR的发生发展中起重要的作用。血浆血栓调节蛋白(TM)和纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂(PAI-1)均可反映血管内皮的功能,抑制纤溶活性,促进凝血,参与血管生成,增加视网膜血管通透性等,最终导致DR。所以研究TM和PAI-1在DR中的作用机制对DR及时治疗和预防具有重要意义。
Diabetic retinopathy(DR) was one of the most severe microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus (DM). Microangiopathy componyed by thrombopoiesis and neovascularization of retina were very important in the development of DR. Both plasma thrombmodulin(TM) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) can reflect the function of endothelial cell, inhibit fibfinolysis, promote coagulation, participate in angiogenesis, increase retinal vascular permeability,which then resulted in the occurrence of DR at last.So we studied the mechanism of TM and PAI-1 in DR,which was important for the therapy and prevention of DR.
