高校中年教师心身健康影响因素的回归分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨中年教师心身健康影响因素,为相关的干预研究提供科学依据。方法:采用回顾性调查,自制调查问卷,对河北省高校370名中年教师心身健康影响因素进行统计分析。结果:男教师心身健康主要受健康教育、锻炼态度、睡眠质量、年龄、自我保健、成就感、生活环境、疼痛、人际关系和吸烟因素的影响,女教师心身健康受健康教育、心理环境、疼痛、年龄、睡眠质量、锻炼态度、压力和生活满意度的影响。结论:男女教师心身健康状况存在不同特点,应采取针对性的干预措施。 Objective: To explore the influence factors of mental and physical health of middle- age teacher and to provide basis for intervention programs. Methods: The retrospective investigation method was conducted. The influence factors of mental and physical health of 370 middle- age teachers from Hebei's colleges and universities were analyzed with self- designed questionnaires. Results: The main influence factors for male teachers were health education, attitude to exercise, sleeping quality, age, selfhealth protection, feeling of successful, living environment, bodily pain, human relations and smoking, the influence factors for female teachers were health education, mental, bodily pain, age, sleeping quality, attitude to exercise, pressure and contentment oF life. Conclusion: Different characteristics of mental and physical health exist in different genders. So prevention and intervention measures should be taken according to this phenomenon.
