摘要
目的:对制备工艺改进后的舒筋定痛胶囊进行抗炎镇痛药效学研究。方法:采用冰醋酸扭体法和热板法对小鼠进行镇痛试验;采用二甲苯耳肿法和角叉菜胶足跖肿胀法对小鼠进行抗炎试验。结果:制备工艺改进后的舒筋定痛胶囊其镇痛和抗炎作用显著优于工艺改进前的制剂,具有统计学显著性差异。结论:通过制备工艺改进,达到了减少服用剂量提高疗效的目的。
Object: To investigate the analgesic and anti- inflammatory effects of improved preparation of Shujindingtong capsules. Methods: The analgesic effects were assessed by hot- plate test in mice and twisting response induced by ethanoic acid in mice. The anti - inflammatory effects were assessed by ear swelling induced by xylene in mice and foot swelling induced by carrageenan in rats. Results: The analgesic and the anti - inflammatory effects of improved preparation of Shujindingtong capsules were significantly stronger than those of the original preparation. There were statistically significant differences. Conclusion: The pro-poses of decreasing oral dosage and increasing therapeutic effects were achieved through the improvement of preparation technology.
