为了防范生产外包中存在的承包企业的机会主义行为,可以采取契约和产权的措施。但这类措施并不总是有效的,有必要采取一些非契约和非产权措施。通过建立和分析模型,讨论了在不同的情况下,生产外包企业应该采取的防范卖方机会主义的非契约和非产权措施。

There are several contractual and property right ways to deal with opportunism behaviors in production outsourcing. But they are not always effective and it is essential to take some un-contractual ways. In this paper we formulate and analyze a production outsourcing model. We characterize different settings of production outsourcing and identify measures that the outsourcer should take under each set.
