摘要
水煤浆作为一种新型清洁燃料,对于降低电站锅炉硫氧化物和氮氧化物的排放具有一定的积极意义。为此,对南方某电厂新建670 t/h水煤浆和重油两用锅炉的设备、系统特点和燃烧调试过程进行了介绍,并分析了有关运行参数,指出了需解决的问题。分析结果表明,670 t/h水煤浆锅炉具备了投入正常生产的条件。
As a new clean fuel, coal water mixture (CWM) plays an active role in reducing the emission of sulfur oxides and nitric oxides from utility boilers. This paper describes the equipment, system features and combustion commissioning process of the new-built 670 t/h boiler fuelled by either CWM or heavy oil in a certain power plant in south China, analyzing relevant operation parameters and indicating the problems to be solved. Analytical results show that the 670 t/h CWM fired boiler satisfies the required conditions to be put into normal operation.
