针对GBK字库中的生僻字和未收集在GBK字库中的生僻字,就图书馆计算机编目中责任者及办理新证中读者姓名所遇生僻字提出了几种比较实用的输入技巧和方法。

To counter the rarely-used Chinese characters of the GBK character library and rarely-used Chinese characters not collected in the GBK library, the paper has proposed several practical input skills and methods for rarely used Chinese characters when the responsible people are indexing on a library computer and for rarely used Chinese characters when readers are applying a new ID card from the library.
