摘要
本文论述了中国矿企“走出去”到国外勘查开发矿产资源,肩负着重要的历史使命,任重道远。“走出去”机遇与挑战并存,国外经验值得借鉴,同时健全我国“走出去”机制,确保企业“走出去”更是十分必要。
The paper demonstrates that by ＂going abroad＂ to prospect and exploit mineral resources, Chinese mining enterprises shoulder important historic missions and heavy responsibilities in years to come. ＂Going abroad＂ offers both opportunities and challenges, and we can learn from foreign experiences. At the same time, measures must be taken to improve the ＂going abroad＂ system, so it is extremely essential to guarantee the enterprise ＂going abroad＂.
