复合废渣微晶玻璃的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 介绍以宝钢钢渣、粉煤灰、铜尾矿等工业固体废渣为主要原料采用熔融法制备微晶玻璃的方法。借助于DTA、XRD等测试方法研究了微晶玻璃的晶化制度、析出晶相,探讨了基础玻璃的组成、晶核剂的选择。对复合废渣微晶玻璃的主要性能进行了测试。 The method of manufacturing glass--ceramics with steel slag, fly--ash, copper mine tailings & sandstones as a major material was described. Crystallized mechanism and crystallization phase identification were done by DTA and XRD, Components of basic glass & selections of nucleating agent were discussed, by major properties of the glass--ceramics were tested.
