磺酰脲类与乙草胺－混配剂的薄层分析方法研究

SEPARATION AND DETERMINATION MIX-SULFONYLUREA AND ACETOCHLOR WITH THIN-LAYER CHROMATOGRAPHY

本文介绍甲黄隆、苄嘧黄隆、乙草胺混配制剂的薄层分离定性及光密度扫描定量方法。方法回收率分别为９６．５８％、９７．３３％、９８．４１％。

A simple、rapid and accurate TLC method for the separation and determination mix weedicide-sulfonylurea and acctochlor is described. The calibration curves were cincar in the range of 10- 80μg for the sulfonylurea; 90～450μg for the acetochlor.The recoveries(%) were 96.56%, 97.30%, 98.41 % respectively.
