摘要
RANTES具有多种生物学活性,不仅对多种细胞有趋化作用,还能增强细胞毒作用。人们试图采用RANTES类似物开发RANTES拮抗剂,RANTES拮抗剂对治疗慢性炎症、减轻移植排斥反应、抑制HIV感染等方面有重要意义。以下就RANTES拮抗剂的研究进展作一综述。
RANTES have many biologic activities both in recruiting a widely variety of cells to sites of inflammation and promoting cytotoxity of T cells. Antagonists of RANTES were mainly derived from RANTES analogues. These analogues were thought to play important roles in the therapy of chronic inflammation, deviating rejection of transplantation and inhibiting HIV infection. In this paper we will review the research progress in antagonists of RANTES in past several years. K
