整合素与肾脏移植排斥

摘要 整合素是一类广泛存在于细胞表面的粘附分子,介导细胞—细胞及细胞—细胞外基质间的粘附及信息传导。近年来研究发现其参与同种移植排斥反应,并与其它粘附分子相互作用,在急性排斥反应中发挥重要作用。以下就该类分子的结构与分类、活化方式、与移植排斥反应关系作一综述。 Integrin, a kind of adhesion molecule generally exists on the cell surface, mediates adhesion and information transmissions between cell-cell and between cell-extracellular matrix. Stud- ies in recent years found that it involves in homotransplant rejection, plays an important role in acute rejection by interaction with other adhesion molecules. The structure, classification and activation of integrin, and the relation between integrin and graft rejection were summarized.
