The interaction between dendritic cells and natural killer cell in the immune response

树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DC)是专职的抗原提呈细胞,它们在免疫应答中发挥的作用越来越受到重视。NK细胞是固有免疫中的一种重要的效应细胞。当两者共培养后,在免疫应答中具有互惠作用。现就两者的生物学活性以及在免疫应答中相互作用的机制等方面作一综述。

Dendritic cells are professional antigen presenting cells. Their contributions in the immune response have drawn more and more attention. Natural killer cell is a kind of effector cells in inherent immunity. After co-cuhure, both of them possess reciprocal effect. This paper reviews about their biologic activity and the mechanisms of the interaction in the immune response.
