摘要
旅游人才队伍建设是我国西部地区旅游业自身特点的要求,也是当今旅游业发展大势的迫切需要。应从建立旅游人才市场和人才交流机制、培养高层次旅游人才、加强岗位资格培训、举办服务技能比赛等方面加强西部地区旅游人才队伍建设。
Tourist team construction meets the need of tourism in China＇s Western regions and the demand of current touring development. To establish personnel-recruiting market and labor exchange system for tourism, to train high-level tourist talents, to promote vocational training, to hold the skill competition of service and the like will strengthen tourist team construction in China＇s Western regions.
