Reseaches on the Causation of the Social Context of the Integration of Economy and Science-Technology

“现代经济社会与境”作为一种本体论意义上的“社会实在”和最具普遍性的“社会存在”,包含了现代经济社会各个方面的经济事实和经济现象,是这些事实和现象相互交织在一起构成的有机整体。从科技与经济的关系视域看,伴随科技融入经济系统释放出巨大的经济功能的同时,形成了由经济社会科技化和科技经济社会化的双向互动所构成的现代“科技与经济一体化”社会与境。而从系统论角度考察,现代“科技与经济一体化”社会与境的形成是不同维度的各种原因所导致的,这些原因主要包括:相对独立的现代科技体系结构是其“内在”根据;高度完善的现代科技社会建制是其组织基础和中介保障;现代经济社会对科技的需要以及相应的社会中介是其“外在”动因和社会保障;现代科技与经济的双向互动以及与此相适应的现代科技的“大科学”运行与管理模式是其运行机制保障等。它们相互联系、相互渗透、相互交织和相互作用,共同构筑了现代科技融入经济系统形成“科技与经济一体化”社会与境的复杂原因系统。

Holistically speaking, ＂ the context of modem economic society＂ as a ＂social reality＂ contains the economic facts and phenomena of modem economic society. While considering from the angle of the relations between science- technology and economy, there formed social context of the integration of science-technology and economy, because of the mutual movement of economic society. From the angle of the theory of system, the integration of science-technology and economy results from many factors which include the relatively independent systematical structure of modem science and technology and the demand of modem economic society for modem science and technology, All of these construct a complex causation that modem science and technology melt into economic system to form the social context of the integration of science-technology and economy.
