摘要 论述了带有渣仓的斜井出渣系统的设计及其运行效果。对于一个长斜井而言,采用短斜井加平硐方案,可以缩短有轨运输距离、解决纯斜井方案提升时间过长、无法满足主洞施工需要的问题。在主洞采用无轨运输、斜井采用有轨运输的情况下,在井底设置渣仓,可以实现两者有效的转换衔接。带有渣仓的斜井出渣系统,具有机械化程度高、操作方便、安全可靠、出渣效率高等特点,尤其适合于在深埋长大隧洞工程施工中推广应用。 The design of an inclined shaft mucking system with spoil tank and its operation are discussed herein. So far as a long inclined shaft is concerned, the problem of that the spoil handling demand can not be met only with the lifting transportation from the shaft with a longer lifting time will be solved with the construction design of short inclined shaft with adit, and then the distance of the rail-transportation can be shortened as well. Under the condition of that the non-rail transportation is taking in the main tunnel, while the rail-transportation is taking in the inclined shaft, if the spoil tank is placed in the bottom of the shaft, the better transition between the two transportation modes can be realized. This kind of mucking system has the characteristics of higher mechanized level, more convenient to be handled, higher spoil mucking efficiency, safe and reliable, which is suitable to be applied to the construction of the deep embedded tunnel with long distance.
