摘要
该文提出了改进发射药装药弹道性能的发射药表面处理新方法。采用了不向发射药基体迁移的无机阻燃材料,对5/7高单发射药进行了表面处理。整个阻燃层厚度和阻燃剂浓度可以依据理论加以调节以满足各种特殊的需要,并且阻燃层中阻燃剂浓度按由最外层向内层逐渐减小方式设计。为了观察其对弹道性能的改进,进行了密闭爆发器实验,某航炮射击实验结果证明,此方法对弹道性能有很好的改进作用。
new method for deterring gun powder to aquire improved ballistic performance of the propellant charge was presented.5/7 single base propellant surface is treated with inorganic deterrent that can't migrate into propellant base. The total deterred layer thickness as well as the deterrent concentration gradient could be theoretically adjusted to meet any special requirements,and the deterred layers were such designed that the deterrent contents were gradually reduced from the outermost layers to the inner ones.Both the closed bomb and the gun shooting tests have shown the effectiveness for improving the ballistic performance.
