某大型泵站机组振动原因分析及水力改善措施 被引量:3

摘要 某大型泵站建成运行后机组出现间隙性振动,通过分析认为,泵体结构存在局部缺陷,由此对进水池水流流态要求较高;另一方面,原经过水工模型试验优化的进水池结构在实施时发生了变更,使得流道内水流不甚均匀。最后从改善水流流态着手提出了消振措施。 The intermittent vibration occurs in a large-scale pumping station during the initial operation just after the completion of the project. Through the analysis concerned, it is found that the structure of the pump body has some local defects, and then the higher requirement for the flow pattern in the water intake pond is necessary. On the other hand, the structure of the intake pone originally optimized through the hydraulic model test concerned is changed during construction, which makes the flow pattern of the flow therein is not so uniform. Under this condition, a vibration damping measure is put forward based on the improvement of the flow pattern.
