基于组件的车间工具管理系统研究

论述了工具管理在车间管理中的重要性,在对机械制造类企业工具管理研究的基础上,提出了车间工具管理的流程;建立了车间工具管理系统的功能模型;基于组件技术设计了工具库存管理的集成开发平台,提高了系统的开发性和通用性,在集成开发平台的基础上针对某企业的实际开发了工具库存管理系统,并得到了良好的应用。

Analyzing the function of the tools, we can find it is very important in the work-shop manager. Studying the results of Refs. 1 through 4, these researching achievements include the design of tools management system and the optimization of procedures, but these are applied a little. In this paper, we establish models of the system function; system models include 5 parts： tools planning model, tools inventory model, using information of tools model, tools inventory checking model, history data maintaining model. In this paper, we have founded the component system flat of the workshop-manager and standard component base and current component base. We have exploited the workshop-tools manager system for the engine company quickly using the component system flat and founded the xi＇an engine company workshop-tools manager system＇s special component base. This system is applied in the xi＇an engine company.
