摘要
为建立快速测定复方化学消毒剂中邻苯二甲醛的方法,采用反相高效液相色谱法进行了试验研究.结果,以乙腈:水=30:70为流动相,包被基核的Shiseido C18柱为分离柱;在波长262 nm处检测,6 min内可完成样品中邻苯二甲醛的测定.检出限为0.5 mg/L,精密度相对误差值为0.4%,线性范围为10~20 mg/L,加标回收率为91.52%~108.1%.结论,所建立的反相高效液相色谱法适于测定复方化学消毒剂中邻苯二甲醛的含量,达到了方法简单和快速.
A new reversed - phase high - performance liquid chromatographic method ( RP - HPLC) was established for the rapid determination of ortho - phthalaldehyde (OPA) in compound chemical disinfectant. OPA was separated from matrices on a Shiseido C18 (150 × 4.6mm, 5μm ) column at temperature of 25℃ using a mobile phase of acetonitrile and water ( 30:70, v/v ) and detected at 262 nm. Good linearity was in the range from 10mg/L to 200 mg/L with relative standard deviation ( n = 7) of 0.4%. Recovery of three different levels was in the range from 91.52% to 108.1%. Tile limit of detection was 0. 5 mg/L ( S/N = 3). The present method is simple, rapid and suitable for the accurate assay of OPA in compound chemical disinfectant.
