PE-X热／冷水管地板供热、供冷的应用研究

Applied Research on Floor Heating and Cooling by PE-X Tube

探讨了用于地板辐射供热、供冷中PE-X热／冷水管管材的应力特性,使用分级条件等技术性能以及受作用温度的影响;提出适宜的PE-X管的盘绕方式、地板结构形式、供水工况和运行模式的地板供热、供冷设计方案;并给出一种利用低品位能源的干式结构地板供热、供冷的应用示例。

The technical characteristics of PE-X tubes, such as bearable stress, application condition classifications and the effects of service temperature, are discussed. Feasible methods for the coil shape of PE-X tubes, the floor structure, water supply conditions and nmning modes of floor heating and cooling are proposed, and an actualization example of floor heating and cooling by PE-X tubes on dry structure with lower thermal energy has been given.
