摘要
建立了苯酚-硫酸法测定兔血浆中的羧甲基茯苓多糖,测定波长为488nm。以2g/kg剂量给5只家兔灌胃,计算得各参数Cmax、tmax、t1/2(α)、t1/2(β)、AUC0→10h分别为(33.5±6.8)μg/ml、(17.5±9.7)min、(14.1±4.7)min、(65.6±24.5)min、(1674.5±533.6)μg·min·ml-1,符合二室模型。
A phenol-sulfuric acid method was established for the determination of carboxymethylpachymaran in rabbits. The pharmacokinetics was investigated in five rabbits with single dosage of 2g/kg. The Cmax, tmax, t1/2(α), t1/2(β), A UC0→10h were (33.5 ± 6.8) μg/ml, (17.5 ± 9.7) min, (14.1 ± 4.7) min, (65.6±24.5) min, (1674.5 ± 533.6) μg·min·ml^-1, respectively. The pharmacokinetic parameters conformed to a two-compartment model.
