摘要
建立了示波极谱法测定银杏叶片中槲皮素的含量。以25%盐酸水解银杏叶片样品,用1.5mol/LNH4OAc-NH4OH(pH8.0)为示波极谱底液,以K2CrO4为滴定剂,示波极谱图上CrO42-切口出现指示滴定终点。
Oscillopolarographic titration method was established for the determination of quercetin in Ginkgo biloba L. tablets. The sample was hydrolyzed in 25 % HCl. 1.5mol/L NH4OAc-NH4OH （pH 8.0） solution and K2CrO4 solution were used as base solution and titrant, respectively. The appearance of CrO4^2- incision could indicate the end point of reaction.
