摘要
在Cu/Zn/Al/Zr催化剂上由甲醇、乙醇脱氢一步合成乙酸甲酯。考察了温度、压力、进料空速对反应的影响。催化剂在240~300℃,液空速1.5~10h-1、压力0.1~1.8MPa均有很好的活性,其中在进料液空速2.5h-1、270℃、0.1MPa压力下醇转化率为47.5%,酯选择性为87.4%,乙酸甲酯在液相产物中占32.6%(mass),乙酸乙酯占11.6%(mass)。
ethyl acetate was synthesized in one step by dehydrogenation of methanol and ethanol over Cu/Zn/Al/Zr catalyst. The influence of reaction temperature, pressure, and flowrate on the reaction was investigated. The catalyst exhibited high activity at 240 ̄300℃, LHSV=1.5 ̄ 10.0h -1 and 0.1 ̄1.8MPa. The conversion and ester selectivity were 47.5% and 87.4%, respectively, at 270℃, LHSV=2.5h -1 and 0.1MPa. The percents of methyl acetate and ethyl acetate in the liquid product were 32.6%(mass) and 11.6%(mass), respectively.
