综述了近年来有关超临界相Ｆ－Ｔ合成的研究概况，主要介绍了超临界相与气、液相Ｆ－Ｔ反应的不同，超临界相Ｆ－Ｔ反应中反应物与产物的扩散，催化剂孔结构、介质种类与分压以及体系中加入α－烯烃等因素对超临界Ｆ－Ｔ反应行为的影响。
