包覆法改性纸用聚丙烯纤维的研究

Study on Modification of Polypropylene Fiber for Papermaking by Coating Process

通过对聚丙烯纤维进行包覆处理,增加其表面的亲水性,并提高其密度;采用在植物纤维中配抄聚丙烯纤维作手抄纸性能对比实验;从宏观现象和实验分析得出:改性后的聚丙烯纤维分散性得到了提高。

The hydrophilicity and density of polypropylene fibers were improved by coating with CaCO3. The coated and uncoated polypropylene fibers were used for making handsheets together with other plant fibers. The results showed that the dispensability of the modified polypropylene fiber increased.
