摘要
本文立足于对赣州劳务输出现状调查分析基础上,指出中西部劳务开发实践中存在政府职责严重缺位、组织化程度低、从业者素质差等系列问题,并提出中西部劳务开发应强化政府参与力度、开展订单培训、提高从业者素质与技能、树立劳务品牌等。
Baed on the investigation of Ganzhou labor output , while pointing out a series of problems such as absence of administration duty , low--leveled organization and poor quality of employees in the practice of developing the labor in middle and western arcas , this essay provides correspondent solutions like stressing on the participation of government , using ordering training , making progress of employees qualities and skills , building a labor brand ,and so on .
