POEMS综合征4例临床表现及误诊原因分析

Clinical Manifestations and Analysis of Diagnostic Errors in 4 Cases of POEMS Syndrome

目的:进一步提高对POEMS综合征的诊断水平,避免误诊和漏诊。方法:对本院收治的4例 POEMS综合征患者进行误诊分析。结果:4例中1例误诊为格林巴利综合征,1例误诊为系统性硬皮病,1例误诊为肾上腺皮质功能减退,1例误诊为癌性神经病。结论:本组临床特征与文献报道基本一致,但容易被误诊和漏诊。治疗上可给予糖皮质激素、硫唑嘌呤、环磷酰胺、丙种球蛋白等,疗效因人而异。

Objective：To raise the awareness of clinical manifestations of POEMS syndrome, avoid misdiagnoses. Methods： The causes of misdiagnoses in 4 eases of POEMS syndrome were analyzed. Results： In these 4 cases, POEMS syndrome had been misdiagnosed as Guillain-Barre syndrome, systemic sclerosis, Addison＇s Disease and neuropathy due to cancer. Conclusion： The clinical manifestations in this study were consistent with those reported. But POEMS syndrome appears to be readily under-diagnosed or misdiagnosed. Treatment with immunosuppressants was effective.
