电离放电特征参量时空演变规律及其除尘应用的基础研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文详细介绍了电除尘技术的研究现状、现存问题及其研究趋势。认为目前电除尘技术的理论尚不完备,基本上还处于20世纪60年代的水平,属于经验工程的学科。并为此,本文深入研究了大气压电场电离放电特征参量的时空演变规律、电离放电通道中的带电粒子复合及其输运特性等,以便解决目前除尘电场的电离占空比、带电粒子输运项甚低等问题。进而强化了烟尘的荷电、凝聚物理过程,这将大幅度提高烟尘的驱进速度和除尘效率。 In this paper, the present research situation, problems and research tendency of electrostatic precipitation technology is described in detail. At present, the theory of electrostatic precipitation technology is still incom-plete, almost under 60's levels, belonged to the experience discipline, and the technical performance of electrostatic precipitation is up to the design experience. So the physical process of corona discharge in the electric precipitation field and the mechanism of dust charged agglomerating are summarized. The time and space evolution rule of characteristic parameter of ionization discharge at atmospheric pressure and the compound and transportation characteristic of charged particle in the channel of ionization discharge has been studied thoroughly in order to solve the problems such as low of fractional active volume in electric filed and transportation rate of charged particles and so on. Therefore the physical process of charging and agglomerating of dust particles is been strengthened to improve the hasten speed and removal efficiency evidently.
