叶面分离苏云金芽孢杆菌的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 苏云金芽孢杆菌是一种在芽孢形成的同时能形成杀虫晶体蛋白的细菌,广泛存在于土壤、昆虫、贮藏物、仓库尘埃、植被等昆虫接触物上。植物叶片作为B t分离的重要来源,目前对这方面的研究相对较少,国内刚刚起步。本文就叶面分离B t的研究成果、叶片采样及分离方法进行阐述。 Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) is a spore-forming bacterium that produces insecticidal proteins to form crystalline inclusions during sporulation. Ever since it was firstly isolated from the disease infected lepidopterous larvae by S. Ishiwata, many strains have been isolated worldwide from places including soil, insects body surface, stored-products, dusts in the warehouse and vegetative cover, ete. Plant leaf surface is an important source for Bt, despite that the studies are comparatively limited especially in China. The strains isolated from plant leaf surface, leaf sample collection method and Bt strains isolation ways were reviewed in this paper.
