摘要
合成和表征了4种以间苯二甲酸根为桥联配体的新配合物[Cu_2(IPHTA(phen)_4](ClO_4)_2、[Cu_2(IPHTA)(tmen)_4](ClO_4)_2·H_2O、[Co_2(IPHTA)(phen)_4](ClO_4)_2和[Co_2(IPHTA)-(tmen)_4](ClO_4)_2(IPHTA:间苯二甲酸根阴离子;phen:1,10-邻菲咯啉;tmen:N,N,N′,N′-四甲基乙二胺).测定了配合物的变温磁化率,并用 Heisenberg 模型求得交换积分 J 分别为2.30、3.82、8.09和8.20 cm^(-1),表明配合物中金属离子间存在铁磁性超交换作用.测试了配合物的抗菌活性.
Four new binuclear complexes,[Cu_2(IPHTA)(phen)_4](ClO_4)_2(1), [Cu_2(IPHTA)(tmen)_4](ClO_4)_2·H_2O(2),[Co_2(IPHTA)(phen)_4](ClO_4)_2(3)and [Co_2(IPHTA)(tmen)_4](ClO_4)_2(4)(IPHTA,phen and tmen denote isophthalato dianion; 1,10-phenanthroline and N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethlenediamine respectively)were syn- thesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,electronic spectra,conductivity and variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements.Based on the Heisenberg model, the exchange integral,J,was found to be 2.30 cm^(-1)for(1),3.82 cm^(-1)for(2),8.09 cm^(-1) for(3)and 8.20 cm^(-1)for(4),indicating that a weak ferromagnetic spin exchange interac- tion occurs between the two metal ions.The biological activities of the complexes were also tested.
