80年代初,曾有许多磷酸镧铈铽荧光体的报道,长期以来,该荧光体都用高温固相反应法制备,灼烧温度1100℃以上,需3~5 h,合成产物必须经球磨粉碎.传统加热方式热量由表及里传递,难以获得组成均匀的产物.微波热效应法使反应物温度均匀,升温速度快,提高反应速度,缩短反应时间.作者曾用本法合成了 Y_2O_3:Eu^(3+),(Y、
The synthesis of(La,Ce,Tb)PO_4 by means of microwave heating is reported. The analysis of X-ray powder diffraction data shows that the phosphor belongs to the mono- clinic system with the structure of monazite.The phosphor has the maximum excitation peak at λ_(ex)=273.5 nm and maximum emission peak at λ_(em)=543 nm,the latter being the character- istic emission of Tb^(3+)ion.The effects of different flux and(NH_4)_2HPO_4 dosage on the lumi- nescence intensity are examined and the chromatic coordinates and related chromatic temper- ature are measured.
