Our party advanced the goal of CPC sixteenth Congress. Justice is always ＂ Constructing socialist harmonious society＂ in the fourth conference of regarded as social virtue and lofty value ideal. Therefore, there＇s no doubt that social justice is not only an important task and goal but also strong guarantee in constructing socialist hatmonious society. This article probes into this problem from the angle of social justice initially.
