河南合同农业的运行机制及绩效分析

Analysis on the Operation Mechanism and Performance of Contract-Based Agriculture in Henan Province

合同农业已成为河南农业产业化的主导模式,其运行机制直接制约合同农业的发展。目前河南合同农业的运行机制主要有依合同履约机制、利益与风险共担机制、共同走向国际市场机制、与期货联姻机制。用期权理论和新制度经济学制度创新成本理论对其绩效进行分析,可以更好地了解其双重影响并尽力避免其不利影响。

The contract-based agriculture has already been the leading pattern of agricultuxe industrialization in Henan Province, whose operation mechanism restricts it＇s development directly. Today ,there are four kinds of operation mechanism：performing according to the contract;profits coexisting with the risk;facing international market together; allying with futures. Analyzing its performance according to the theory of options and institution creative costs of new institutional economies, we can understand its effects better and avoid the bad effects as soon as possible.
