摘要
通过学习《建设工程安全生产管理条例》,明确了监理的安全责任,对施工阶段的安全监理,必须贯彻主动控制和预防为主的观念,按照法律、法规和工程建设强制性标准实施监理,有效杜绝多种不安全隐患,实现安全生产。
By studying ＂Safety Production Control Provisions on Construction Engineering＂, ＂safety responsibility of supervision has been elearly determined, that is, during eonstruetion, the concept of active eontrol and prior prevention shall be performed, and the implementation of safety supervision shall be done aeeording to laws and regulations as well as enforced standards used in engineering construction so as to effectively put an end to various unsafe hidden dangers and achieve the target of safety produetion.
