彩色显像管荫罩成形模的设计与修正

Design and amendment of forming die for color CRT shadow mask

介绍了彩色显像管荫罩成形模设计与制造工艺,给出了荫罩成形模的设计流程。通过对荫罩成形机理的分析,提出了荫罩表面型面的数学表达式。为了保证模具设计的效果,采用荫罩表面测量设备对由该模具成形的荫罩进行直接测量,从而确定模具各个部位的修正量。经对某型号纯平彩色显像管荫罩模设计,取得了良好的效果。

The design of forming die and manufacturing engineering for CRT shadow mask was described and the flow chart was given. The mathematical expression for the surface profile was put forward based on the analysis on the mechanism of forming for shadow mask. A spec/al surface measurement device for shadow mask was used to directly measure the products made by the forming die in order to determine the amendments for each part of the die and to get better effect. Desirable result was achieved in the design of forming die for shadow mask of one color CRT.
