摘要
介绍了一种结构新颖的旅行杯瓶盖的结构特点、成型工艺及瓶盖注射模的侧抽芯和内螺纹结构,最后叙述了瓶盖注射模设计的要点及模具的工作过程。
A new kind of traveling cup bottle cap was introduced. The structural feature of the cap, the forming technology and the mechanism of side core-pulling and internal screw thread were analyzed. Then the key points in designing the injection mould and the working Process were presented.
