摘要
介绍了新型材料KKm铜合金的主要物理性能,分析了其用于制作拉伸凸、凹模成形薄不锈钢制件和铝制件的优点及延长模具寿命的方法。经与钢制型芯、型腔板比较,用KKm铜合金制作型芯、型腔板的注射模,生产效率可大幅提高。藉此推广KKm铜合金在模具中的应用,从而获得更高的产品质量和更佳的经济效益。
The key physical properties of new material KKm copper alloy were presented. The advantages of drawing punch and die to form thin stainless steel and aluminum parts and the method of extending the die life were analyzed. Compared with steel-made core and cavity plate, the injection mould made of KKm copper alloy has a great increase in production efficiency. Thereby the applying of KKm copper alloy to die & mould should be forwarded to achieve better quality and economic benefits.
