《列朝诗集小传》“胡应麟条”辨析——兼谈胡应麟的历史评价

Analysis on the Note of Hu Yinglin in the “iography of Poetry Anthology in Dynasties” ——Of Historical Estimate about Hu Yinglin

钱谦益在《列朝诗集小传》中对胡应麟评价极低,但影响极大,后世关于胡应麟及《诗薮》的评价大体循钱氏之论,这对正确认识胡应麟及《诗薮》颇为不利。其实,钱氏批评的主观性太强,不应成为学术评价的主要依据。我们应当重新认识胡应麟及《诗薮》的学术地位。

Qian Qianyi had a low opinion of Hu Yinglin in his book liechaoShijixiaozhuan. However, his viewpoint exerts a profound influence on the subsequent critics, which form a great obstacle to the correct estimate of Hu Yinglin and his Shisou. By analyzing the Qian Qianyi＇s opinion carefully, the author points out that, Qian＇s opinion about Hu Yinglin and Shisou is far away from objective and a reconfirmation of Hu＇s status in Chinese ancient poetic history is of necessity.
