Broadband is now developing very fast. The modes connecting houses emerge in endlessly. It is quite an urgent problem to solve how to select the most economical and optimum connection mode to meet the internet users＇needs. The advantages of the coaxial-cable connection mode are to be discussed in this paper as well as its reform.
