摘要
在当前经济全球化的大背景下,构建学习型政府是时代的要求,是塑造新型公务员的需要。打造全新的学习理念,树立牢固的创新意识,建立完善的工作机制,是构建学习型政府的重要途径。
In the economic globalization age, it is the requirement of the age and the requirement of moulding up-to-date government employees to construct a learning-type government. Building up new learning concept, setting up steadily innovative idea and establishing perfect work mechanism are important ways to construct the learning -type government.
