农民工权益的保护问题已成为当前社会的热点。从法律视角农民工权益受损的问题,指出问题解决的关键在于加强相关立法,完善劳动法等现行法律制度以及严格执法。而从农民工本身而言,要不断提高法律意识,懂得并勇于用法律的武器来保护自己的合法权益。

The agricultural labourer rights and interests protection question has become the hot spot in current social. From the legal angle of view, the question which all sorts of related agricultural labourer rights and interests suffers injury, this article points out the key solve problem is to strengthen correlation legislation, specially consummate the labor law and the present legal system as well as the strict law enforcement question. But from peasant laborers themself, they must unceasingly raise legal consciousness, understand and dare with legal weapon to protect their own legitimate rights and interests.
