摘要
教师主体价值的追求是教师发展的核心。这种主体价值的发展是终生的过程,是由进入教师角色到职业化再到专业化的过程,是教师职业责任感不断加强,专业知识进一步专业化,专业自主权扩大,主体参与意识提高的过程。研究和探析教育中教师主体价值的实现,是现代教育发展的必然趋向,反映了人类对教育的现代特性、对人的本质属性认识的升华。
Seeking teachers' subject value is the nucleus of teachers' development. This kind of development is a lifelong course which teachers are from their profewwion to their specialities, their profession sense of responsibility is strengthend, their special knowledge is specialized further, their special decision-making power is enlarged, and their subject consciousness is raised. The study and analysis on carrying out teachers' subject value is certain direction, which reflects the distillation of understanding education modem characteristics and man essence characteristics.
