企业知识管理实务涉及的问题很多,但可概括为两大类,即“管理什么”的问题和“怎样管理”的问题,本文从管理什么、怎样管理以及企业知识管理实务中需注意的问题三个方面对基于创新的企业知识管理实务进行了探讨。

There are many issues involved in knowledge management practice in enterprises based on innova- tion which can be divided into two kinds, that is, the issues of what- to- manage and how- to- manage. In this paper, the issues of what - to - manage and how - to - manage are discussed, and the issues that should be paid attention to are also explored.
