“法理台独”论析

Analysis on the “League Basis” of the“Independence of Taiwan”

台湾问题有国内和国际两大因素,台湾问题的解决也要从国内和国际两个层面出发。本文主要是从国际法和国内法两个层面对台湾问题进行法理分析,强调运用法律手段解决台湾问题是和平统一的重要途径和有效手段。

In recent years, the separating power in Taiwan has been unceasingly seeking league basis for their aim of independence from the theory of law. Their newly action of stopping the ＂Committee of the Country＇s Unification＂ is increasing ~ensions between the two sides across Taiwan Strait. This thesis analyzed the so called ＂league basis＂ of the ＂independence of Taiwan＂ from both internal law and international law; and pointed out that it is an efficient way using the weapon of law to against the separation and further more to realize the reunification of China.
