摘要
焦虑是外语学习中影响学习效果的重要情感因素之一。作为教师了解焦虑的概念、成因,并对学生学习中这一现象加以分析,可以更好地应对学生学习中存在的问题,采取有效策略,调动积极因素,抑制消极因素,帮助学生顺利完成学习任务,提高学习效果。
Anxiety is one of the important factors that impact one's language learning.Knowing something about the causes of anxiety can help the teacher understand and analyze the problems caused by anxiety among students so as to take effective strategies to help students complete the tasks smoothly and improve their learning outcomes.
