在对我国已有城市地价动态监测工作评析的基础上,介绍了地价及其动态监测系统,提出城市地价动态监测体系是一个由点、线、面组成的网络系统。利用已构建的城市地价动态监测体系对西安市城区地价变化进行监测,并对监测结果进行地价的空间变化分析、时间变化分析及相关变化分析。最后指出城市地价动态监测体系的应用领域。

Based on the groundwork analysis of urban land price dynamic monitoring work and the introduction of land price and its dynamic monitoring system, a conclusion is drawn that the urban land price dynamic monitoring system is like a network system composed of points, lines and aspects.
